HOW DOES A BAIL BOND WORK?

A California bail bond is the amount of money needed to release a suspect from custody before their court dates. The suspect is released provided that they agree to fulfill their legal obligations (coming to all court dates and checking in with officials when needed). Our payment is usually only 10% of the bail amount but can be less on larger bonds. We never charge hidden fees or extra amounts for paperwork or any normal bonds posting activities.

If the accused does not fulfill their legal obligations then further fees are added to the 10%, especially if bounty hunters are involved.
